Inspiration & ExperienceUnlike most paint sample cards that include one single color or several shades of the same color, Martha Stewart Paints are offering more: color swatches that include two coordinating paint colors that would match the main color. With this great idea, you will save time, money and energy without the hassle of going through hundreds and hundreds of colors.
Of course, this is not based only on inspiration. It takes knowledge, experience, and taste to put all these charts together. Buyers are attracted and using a lot Martha’s color swatches because they are created by a home decorating designer they know and trust.
A New Line: Martha Stewart Paint Colors
The previous palette, Martha Stewart Living has been replaced by the 350 Colors. When you look at the display of 350 different colors, you will notice that an exceptionally large number of the colors are actually tinted whites!
Tinted whites might be your safe choice, even when you admire the bold-colored walls in magazines… Achieving a comfortable, pleasant result might outweigh the temptation for experiments.
Below are Martha’s favorite colors, from the new line Martha Stewart Colors:
Martha's Fine Paints Color Collection
Colors of the Garden: 29 colors ranging from pinks, peaches and subtle white to dusty green, lavenders and mustard yellows and inspired from – obviously – garden. The Araucana Colors: This second collection is inspired by Martha’s Araucana hens! Their natural shell colors of the eggs suggested 22 warm tones of blue, green, beige and brown. Classic and comforting!
The Skylands Colors: This are the colors Martha used for Skylands, her Seal Harbor home. 36 hues include creamy whites and ivories, soft grays, yellow-greens and browns found outdoors and in the sea. Also, there are deeper tones of cement, clay and cocoa.
The Lily Pond Colors: Earth-tone colors are combined with off-white tones. Martha Stewart developed this palette for her East Hampton, New York home. These colors include rich browns, taupes, khakis, gold, muted greens and white tones.
Martha Stewart has personally overseen the development of these beautiful colors. Many of them were presented in Martha Stewart Living Magazine.
They are very complex colors, containing several pigments. From their combination, the results are sophisticated. Multiple coatings are necessary in order to obtain the desired effect. With extended durability and easy maintenance, many homeowners and designers are opting for the advantages of using those fine paints.
Overall, Martha Stewart Paint is a great option for your interior house-painting project!
